"To be real, my acct fell behind, called for the specific purpose of fixing my billing, was minfirmed, made payment to bring current per their rep, then get advised today still behind and when I brought up the last conversation, was advised bc info was incorrect. Make arrangements to fix (w/ no regard for prev misonformation) and then get sent a screenshot three times in a row. Call and am told sorry that wasn't intentional. Looking for coverage elsewhere cause not sure much is happening with jntention here. Also, David, in the office has little to no interpersonal or pnone skills, nor knowledge of at least this client. Maybe not continue to cut off your clientele n then be surprised when they clap back. Lost my professionalism when he couldn't start a conversation with it."

"I am extremely upset. We asked back in August to move our home owners insurance policy over to this office because State Farm has been so good to us. We were under the impression everything would go into affect the beginning of that following month. Which would have been September 1st. Fast forward to now. We never saw anything change over nor anything come out of our escrow. So I call today. The application was never submitted and now the quote is 200.00 more than what I was originally quoted. Apparently the guy I dealt with which was amazing is no longer there and the new guy just acted like, “oh well” pretty much deal with it. If I had the time to deal with all the hassle of changing to a different office I would. No notification, no call to ask us if we wanted to continue our app. Nothing. Very disappointed as this office has always been fantastic to us."
