"Do NOT do business with this agency. Find yourself someone else. Not only do they not get your orders correct, they will accuse you of looking for an argument just because you ask for clarification! If you want to see the emails, I have them!!! I will be filing a DOI case as well as reporting to the State Farm home office. You don’t email someone back during non-business hours asking them to not email you during non-business hours. That’s not how it works. You merely respond to the email you receive during business hours. See how that works? If you are responding to emails in off-hours, that’s on you. Don’t tell me you deserve a day off when you responded during your day off!"
