Make arrangements to fix (w/ no regard for prev misonformation) and then get sent a screenshot three times in a row. Call and am told sorry that wasn't intentional. Looking for coverage elsewhere cause not sure much is happening with jntention here. Also, David, in the office has little to no interpersonal or pnone skills, nor knowledge of at least this client. Maybe not continue to cut off your clientele n then be surprised when they clap back. Lost my professionalism when he couldn't start a conversation with it."
